Cancellation Policy – TB Originals

Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully completed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Please make sure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

In rare cases, if an order has not yet been processed or shipped, TB Originals may, at its sole discretion, allow a cancellation request.

Approval of such requests is not guaranteed and depends on the order status at the time of the request.

If an order is refused by the customer or not collected and returned to TB Originals, the order will be treated as a return.

Any shipping costs, return shipping fees, or additional charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Orders for limited edition, custom, or special release items are non-cancellable once placed.
