Refund & Return Policy – TB Originals

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In original condition

• In original packaging

TB Originals reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as bottles or accessories) may not be eligible for return if used.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us via email before sending any items back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact TB Originals within 7 days of delivery.
We will determine whether a replacement or refund applies.
